My friend Stephan said that the 'Cellist Class' for Fire Emblem is similar to the Songstress/Dancer, except this one uses Bows. Octavia is able to play the cello to give a unit an extra turn and increase all stats temporarily by 4.
Octavia's personal skill 'Negative Octave' gives her a chance to negate the enemy's attack or special attack determined on her own Skill stat x 1.75.
