Once a year or so I try to put my all into a painting. As usual, it was a frustrating mess. As you can probably well understand from this photo, I glob paint like it's going out of style. This year I figured I'd at least pick subject material I'd personally most enjoy drawing. So, Luther + Outdoors + Alcohol / Angst.

Jesus fucking Christ--this is quite possibly one of the most heartwrenching things I've ever read right up there with the ending of Charlotte's Web or Winnie the Pooh. God, it's such sweet sadness! >_<
