This was an interesting time in life for me. We'd just read The Great Gatsby in school, which I loved. Right after that, however, I picked up the Director's Cut of Johnny The Homicidal Maniac and then right after that I read Squee. Somewhere in the amalgam of all that weirdness, I found the inspiration to take time and sit down on this little...ttthhhhhing. 2006 time frame.
