My experience with balloons from the "Cattex" brand I bought from www.topballon.de has been very unsatisfactory.
I bought in december 2014, from the online store of topballon.de , 25 pieces of Cattex 32-80 assorted colors and 50 pieces of Cattex CX19 assorted colors.
Like in the picture a couple of them have had big deffects and others have had many flaws, having holes (like the blue in the right) and weak spots that turned into big holes (like the one to the left).
Also, the balloons don't inflate the size specified by Cattex on topballon.de or in the Cattex website, which is dissapointing. Also, they are not durable, they last very few time in comparison with Colombian balloons or Tuftex balloons I tried before.
To complete the support from topballon.de has been very very poor, I wrote twice to them about these situations and I never received an answer.

Are you kidding me? I'm brazilian, and SΓ£o Roque only makes TINY, CRAPPY balloons (not bigger than 11"). It's "balΓ£o surpresa"(surprise balloon, intended to be filled with candies. In a party, it's tethered to the roof by a line so children can burst it to get the candies) is a complete GARBAGE, all ballons are very fragile and hard when inflated, and many won't get to the full size before bursting off.
In fact, Brazil sucks, it's almost impossible to get balloons bigger than 11" and buying overseas is ludicrously expensive. I recently discovered a shop which sells some Qualatex balloons, but only the sizes 11, 16 and 36. The 36-inch one, clear, costs R$33,00(U$ 11,00)!!! The 11 and 16 ones are cheap, about R$2,00(U$0,50). I managed to find a seller who has qualatex 3-foot heart balloons for sale. They cost almost the same as the 36 one I quoted above, but as a looner, I consider them far superior. Really very, VERY few people in the looner world know and give the deserved attention for this beauty.
Fortunately, I have experienced the q24's before they went out of production. Now I want to get a cattex 32 or 36 long neck.
