1- shock / surprise
2- acknowledgment /acceptance
3- "I am a GOD now!" / superiority complex
Oh don't worry abotu the horse cop, the bullets are not actually phisically hurting him...
but still it's quite painful for him since they are bounced back like if Spike's belly was a slingshooter!
