Despite having sizeable chest bumps, Antar Xella is male. A quirk of the Xezozex is that they have nipple-less mounds of fat (basically breasts) regardless of gender. These breasts serve utterly no purpose whatsoever for normal Xezozex, although Xezozex slavers recognise and exploit their appeal to mammalian slaves.

It is sooooh prettyyyy....! @o@ I adore the colors and materials here... And of course, who ever said male creatures shouldn't have breasts... Perhaps they are a rudiment from some earlier stage in evolution that was left in cultural connection with fertility and then ended up sticking around without serving any obvious purpose? Anyways, I love the whole package~
Nope, it's because their armless ancestors made a pact with daemons (which involved bonking them) to be able to make better tools, weapons, armour and magic to help with their war against a rival species (humans). One of the side effects of that pact is said nipple-less boobs.
