I've talked briefly about my dogs before, today one of them passed away.

Gracie has...had been sick for awhile, about a year ago we found out she had cancer, and since then we've been managing the pain as best we can, the last month she took a turn for the worst. Last night, last night it was decided that it was kinder to put her down, she was in so much pain. And so this morning we said goodbye to her.

I don't handle grief well, and the fact that i'm not with my family doesn't help. I haven't-hadn't seen Gracie in over 5 months thanks to life, and now I missed the chance to say goodbye to her......


So here's a fast sketch hopefully she makes a lot of new friends up in doggy heaven
