I wanted to do 
reptilecynrik character's Reptile fan artwork for a while and finally got myself around making one. Of course it had to be feet/tickle fetish art.
During the battle in the battlefield, Devon's army captured Reptile and they took him to their secret hideout place which they use it for imprisoning, torturing and interrogating people to get information. This warrior wasn't about to speak a damn thing to his enemies but they had their way to torture this mighty hero. Next day they walked him into a room where there was wooden stock on the floor. They locked up his ankles to it, took scratches to their hands and they immediately started to use them to scratch his large scaly reptilian feet. As soon these scratches began tickling all over Reptile's sensitive soles, he bursts into loud hysterical laughter. Despite Reptile is a tough warrior that he is, but his incredibly ticklish! One of his greatest weakness. While they were tickling Reptile, they kept asking him questions like; what are his crew planning for the future and where his family is hiding. Reptile didn't answer to them but he kept pleading to his enemies to stop tickling, however, their not gonna stop at any point. It will stop whenever he'll give them all the answers they want.

Hmmmm, I'm not sure, I'm usually more invested in stories to pictures that I've worked on or contributed to then random tickle pictures.
But I'll think about it, I might have to do a little research on this Devon guy and it would probably be a short brief story but longer then the one you have.

I can certainly see from where you got your reference for the head... but that's OK since it's something you don't draw very often. And I figure you wanted Reptile to look "good"! ^^
But the feet - though they are a bit too small because he's got digitigrade feet - are just your thing and you spent most time and details on them... with all the wrinkles and such. Though I'm not into feet that much, I can surely tell you did a good job drawing them here!
And after all... people who like to draw Reptile are also allowed to draw him in... well... a context THEY prefer and love!
Okay, I won't allow Reptile to appear in a "scat" context..... eeew! But this here... feet stuff is OK.
Despite the feet and his well drawn head, I really like how sharp and clean the artwork is!
You've drawn clean lines, excellent colouring, smooth shading and the little "blush" parts in red are sweet highlights. ^^
Here is some trivia for you, by the way... my mom has got exactly the same "tickling staves" like shown here. She uses them (like most people) to scratch her back, hahahaaha. I recognized these sticks immediately!

Still... despite pasting the comment here, I am still grateful for the gift art!
And like I said before (I guess) the shading is really good here... smooth and excellent. I might even say that shading and colouring are so good... well, this is your best picture so far!
