Another sketch from the sketchbook. Just a stray thought that came to mind, about the scientific process to actually genetically engineer a furry, and the steps it would take. It occurs to me there would be selective breeding involved and the first few generations would be in some awkward state, physically and mentally -- not to mention emotionally -- between Man and Animal. Beyond the obvious, I mean.

good thought. and it seems the body shape would need soem adjustments, too. most animals look awkward and slinky or bulky if they were just anthro-fied. they would probably give them plantigrade legs, too, after a while. I guess it takes a lof of muscle work to walk and stand on digitigrade legs, much less stand still for a while, and imagine them walking down stairwells...
