Ever wonder how restaurants make perfect eggs? Did you think there is a secret? Guess what, there is!
Directions for perfect scrambled eggs. Easy to do hard to get right.
Eggs
Pepper
Salt
Garlic powder
*flour* this is the secret
Crack eggs, add some pepper, garlic, and salt just a sprinkle of each to taste. Add about a half a teaspoon of flour per three eggs. Wisk thoroughly. You should see even color, bubbles and some small flour lumps. Make sure to scrape sides of the bowl.
Set frying pan to medium high.
Wait for it to get just hot enough to melt butter and spread butter across entire pan including along the edges so your eggs don't stick to the sides.
Give your eggs 1 more quick whisk and pour in.
as the eggs cook occasionally scrape the bottom of the pan back and forth with the spatula( only use a plastic spatula on non-stick pans).
If Done Right the slow heating of the pan should prevent eggs from burning and scraping the bottom slowly should give the eggs a nice folded look. Remember food keeps cooking a little bit after it's been in the pan so you don't need to Nuke the eggs until they're browned
