So I just got my annual Marci badge here at AC and it's one of my favorites. The reason why is one of my complex cub reasons.

When I was young and didn't understand all of my cubby desires (and had no one to talk to about it), I always liked diaper stuff more than anything else cubby (and back then didn't understand why diapers are the biggest cub aspect for most babyfurs). And for some interesting reasons, I've always really liked the idea of diaper bags.
The thing for me is that I don't like the idea of wet diapers the way most babyfurs do. I like the IDEA of using diapers because it emphasizes the helplessness aspect...that you need diapers and can't change yourself, and need someone to take care of you. But the physical aspect of using them kind of takes away the cuteness for me.
That's why I always liked old cartoons. They always talked about babies wearing diapers openly, because everyone knows babies can't control it. And even though there were jokes and lines about dirty diapers needing to be changed...it was always subtle. You would never hear the word poop.
And that's why I've always loved diaper commercials so much. They make diapers seem fluffy and cozy, even using blue liquid and words like "wetness". Even though we all know what diapers are for, they ignore it and make it all cute. It really adds on to the feeling of being loved.
And I feel the same way about diaper bags. When someone is in public and mentions a baby needs to be changed, it's the same thing...they're kind of discreet about it. But they can always talk about diaper bags becaus they're cute and don't have to focus in the diaper usage. So I always loved how people could talk about diaper bags.
I remember as a kid I always wondered why they weren't just called "baby bags" because they were used to take care of babies while on the go. But hearing "diaper bag" always excited me because I could hear the word "diaper" a lot.
So that's why I love this badge so much. It emphasizes that same thing. It has a cute diaper bag, the idea of me needing a change is there, but it's more discreet...plus I'm embarrassed about the idea of needing a change. It adds onto the at feeling of needing to be taken care of.
I don't know if any of that made sense, but I wanted to kind of explain why for some weird reason, the idea of diaper bags (especially really babyish, cute cubby ones) really appeals to me...but this is the first time I've gotten one in a pic. And I love it.

Awesome Marci Badge Baby Burr!! And very nice diaper bag too!
And yeah, I can relate to that when I was young too. Whenever I hear someone utter the word "diaper", it made my ears perk up. Whenever I see magazines around a medical waiting room or somewhere, I usually pick up a Parents or a Good Housekeeping mag just to look for diaper ads. And whenever I go to a supermarket or a department store, I would sneak off to the baby aisle to see what kinds of diapers brands they stock!
By the way, nice sleepers too Digitz!

cute pic by Marci I really do love her work.
I always love diapers when I was little and big of course when I was little bit and get potty trained until I was almost 5 years old the to medical reasons which I have explained before.
But after I still love diapers even though most of the diapers and that they were cloth plain white with usually plastic pants that were a single color or clear white or just clear.
As far as diaper bags go I use one all the time I have one in my car with everything I needed in it. And you know when I first started putting a diaper bag in my car many years ago I thought that a lot of people would ask me a bunch of questions of why I had one and did not have a baby, still waiting for somebody to ask me that.
But yes I love diaper bags to especially the coupons, my main bag is "Baby Snoopy" which I think is cute.
