Sooo, after using the same handful of images over and over again to get commissions for this guy, all of which being in different styles and it all being very tedious, I decided to just go ahead and get an official ref sheet for Derge! And since Neltruin has done my other ref sheets and she's awesome, I went with her again. XD

So here he is!

Here's some key points:
- Derge is a Vyroon, which is a species I created. XP They come from the planet Vyrinian, which I also created. (I'm a nerd)
- Derge isn't a normal Vyroon. He was artificially created as a soldier for the Vyrinian military, but a malfunction in his breeding apparatus made him too short, about 4 feet tall, and his ears too big, about 1 foot each. As such, he was "discarded" and forced to manually remove himself from his apparatus, hence the scars on his back.
- Derge isn't blind, he just has white irises and pupils. Desirable traits for a soldier, but Vyroon eyes come in many shapes and colors.
- That's a pair of horns on his head! Vyroon horns also come in many shapes and sizes, but the smaller the better for soldiers. Same with tails.
- Derge has prehensile claws on his hands. They are essentially extensions of his fingers and can function as such just as well as they can function as claws.
- Derge is very rarely depicted fully naked unless absolutely necessary. His typical outfit is on the ref sheet. Simple.


Personality-wise, Derge is quite literally a mischievous, little troublemaker. He was created to be a naturally better Vyroon soldier, but was raised to be a master thief and all-around hooligan. He prides himself in having a good time at the expense of others, especially if some kind of monetary reward is involved, whether given or taken... or both. He'll just as soon stab someone in the back if it sounds more meaningful to him in the long run. He likes to be loud and obnoxious, but he also knows how to be cunning, sly, and accurate when he needs to be. His size might leave him at a disadvantage in a head-to-head brawl, but he knows his way around an opponent's body, and he's a lot more nimble and agile than he lets off. If you have something he wants, you can bet he'll do what it takes to steal it. And if for any reason he doesn't like you in the process, he'll make it as bad for you as possible as well. He doesn't particularly like killing people though, if he can help it.

But yeah! There he issss! I can rant and rave all about this guy, so many things floating around in my head. This probably isn't the place for that though. You'll see that in other places more likely.
