So, I was going to commission somebody offering PWYW sketches yesterday...and while thinking of ideas of what to commission, I was admittedly put off by the tone of some of the rules (probably just poorly-worded), and decided not to do it.

However, since the intent to buy a commission had put ideas in my head, I ended up taking a couple hours and doodling something of my own...albeit making perspective/sketching practice out of it.

I really wanted to draw her with the muffin hat, but it came out looking weird, though it was still good practice to draw her without, since I rarely draw characters from this angle anyway.

This went remarkably quick and I was happier with the results than I've been in quite a while. I don't know if I'll do anything else to completion beyond today while still working on my writing, but this was promising as far as juggling the two.
