It should come as no surprise (to those who have been around, anyway) that I drew a lot of inspiration from Harvey Comics -- specifically Casper, Wendy, Spooky and my favorite, Hot Stuff. The "face on the moon" thing (also seen on page 3) is sort of my nod to the series. Enchanted forests are the best kind!
