I mean, as a doctor, fibula fractures are not a big deal. If the bone ins not out of alignment they dont even need to be inmobilized. The tibia would do the job since it suports all the weight. It will hurt, but not as mucha as a tibia fracture. On the other hand, a frature to the knee, specially if it affects the joint itself is grvae and difficult to heal. It need surgery most of the time. An ankle fracture is worse, there are a lot of bones there, all in a small place. Bone swelling will hurt a lot and if it doesnt heals right it would leave the ankle useless or with a pseudoartrosis.
