nah it's not a tracheotomy! i had an auto immune disease that effect my thyroid so i had it completely removed

ahh im a paramedic and I've seen them done a couple of times, scary stuff. I'm glad it wasn't that and I hope the thyroid issue is all cleared up, anything that requires cutting into the throat like that is serious.
