You do know your computer is not going to ventilate with that fan setup right? If two are pushing and two are pulling, all you're doing is creating an air loop in that specific area. If all are set to pull or all or set to push, without other fans on the ends or top to expel the air, it's not making any circulation. It's also using lot more power and straining your small PSU.
On my PC, I have a fan on the lower front that is a low power push, a fan on the upper rear that is a high power pull (but only when gaming, runs low during normal operation), and a low power pull on the top. This way you have a smooth airflow through the tower going in the front and out the back, with the one on top catching any heat that gathers at the top of the case.
PS: The two satellite surrounds are supposed to be behind you.
