Seriously, I always liked the look of those digital ocean sort of landscapes

I like the compositional work here to clearly differentiate the character from the background elements. The colors are similar but line variation and used of contrasting lineforms draws the focus pretty squarely to the character which is aided by the light accents.

Also she's a cutie!
