Long distance thunder is cool, rumbly. The rumble-ys are cool. Not the crackle.
The crackles are scary.
I adore fireworks, but the noise really gets to me, so for 4th ofJuly 2020, I wore a pair of headphones. Makes things so much more enjoyable.
Well, toads.
The toads I'm thinking about look like little grumpy rocks/potatoes.
