Drawn at work today. What started out as a sketch of a woman in the lobby and my manager on the phone (who later was turned into an anonymous because I hated his face) turned into MOAR TF2 stuff.
YOU KNOW WHY NOBODY LOVES DEMOMAN? BECAUSE HE IS FUCKING HARD TO DRAW.
GOT MORE SHIT ALL OVER HIM THAN A ROB LIEFELD CHARACTER, FUCK.
Also, aim your crit rockets here, please. CRITIQUE ROCKETS, THAT IS.

There's one glaring flaw I notice that isn't so much you drawing bad or you drawing good but rather the inability to stay on character model.
*SPOILERS*
Ya made the damn heavy's legs to long.
Also - Soldier's got 2 nades, not 3.
(if you use the dark temp, then ffff, just pretend those words are invisible unless you scroll over them. )
Um... yah. Demo's middle finger looks like a sausage, as stated above, and you need to work on your constancy of repatriate objects, like the demo man's nades and the heavy's shells. Heavy's gut looks rather nice, though. You got solider's face-less-ness down. Sniper and Anon... eh... I don't see enough good/bad about them to make comments.

YES, DUMKOFF. ... well. No. You were working, and like, I don't think they'd take kindly to you going 'Hey guyz, lemme play my dumb vedio geam here for a minute so i can make the fat elephant happy' ... but yah. For future projects - use as many references as humanly possible.
OKAY WELL.
For starters, I don't see why you want to draw less fanart. What you should do, in my opinion, is draw the same amount of fanart and seek to improve it, so you can compare as you go, as well as real people and items. I don't draw anything BUT fanart, so maybe I'm a bit biased, but really, if you have something you love that motivates you to draw, why on earth would you give it up in the path to greatness? It's unnecessary.
Next, I would consider practicing on the tidiness of my lines and my shading style. Your lines look like you do a lot of shot, choppy strokes to make an edge, which obviously works for you, but looks a little messy on paper. A tip I learned in drawing lines was to put your pencil down on paper, then look to where you want to go as you draw. If you keep your eyes on the prize, your pencil will automatically arrive there without you having to do battle with it. Another way, if you're not confident of that, is to do your sketch lines really, really lightly, then go over it with a darker solid line after. Dab with an eraser- don't rub, just blot- and voila! clean lines.
As for shading- it looks a bit like you're inclined to scribble a flat color, then go over it to darken. Cool, it works, but have you considered experimenting with hatching, cross-hatching, etc? They're simple techniques that you can train yourself to do by habbit within a few drawings that look AMAZING when properly executed.

With your style, I think cross hatching would be a really good way to tidy up your shading without having to struggle too hard. It would be really, really effective- go go google!images for examples of what you can actually do with just cross hatching, before someone shoots me down by saying one can't improve with that technique.
Moar cirtique will follow! But it's not really critique, more like improvement suggestions... XD I'm not good at telling people they suck, especially when I really do admire them.
