Trance with a lot of electro stuff
132 BPM
one day my mastering won't be complete bunk
Edited the description
Summer goals: write better music. I still have a long ways to go, but every hour spent productively brings me one step closer. Watchers is meaningless if I am not committed to making music I care about.
(After 4 iterations of this track, I'm exhausted and done. If ya'll like it here, I'll revisit this and tweak it for Soundcloud.)

your summer goals should be to try anything but the simplistic arpeggios and repetitive 3-note riffs you insist upon. your drumlines are uninspired at best, your "mastering" sounds like nothing but compression on top of a couple delays here and there and oversaturated reverb, and the entire style of this, and plenty of your other songs, sounds like it belongs 6 years in the past.
not that modern electronic trends are any better, but it's like you and many others are caught in a complete genre feedback loop. you have all the music-making tools in the world at your disposal and you decide to go with the grain and create songs that are completely indistinguishable from one another.
and to everyone else without any constructive or even remotely negative criticism whatsoever, pull your tongue out of his arsehole. dogs do that. you're not a dog, are you?

OH NO MY MUSIC ISNT BOUNDARY PUSHING / ARTISTICALLY SOUND
Lol go back to 4chan and rage with the hive-mind about how terrible amateur musicians on FA are. Your music is lookin' a bit "APHEX TWIN IS MY GOD", but I don't feel like explaining the irony in that.
Yes, the praise is higher than I think it should be, but do you think I'm foolin' people or something?
Does it upset you that people check in to hear '5/10' music from time to time?
People know what sounds good.
That's why I release music here. Because people knowingly have that expectation of 'strictly amateur'.
Normally I ignore trolls, but when you insult other people who go out of there way to suffer through what I produce, dude you just suck.

Actually, it's rude of me to assume you're from/associate with 4chan, that's just a gut reaction to witnessing needlessly salty stock-criticism
Though I will agree that I have developed an over-reliance on 3-note/chord progressions. I've definitely been in a rut lately, so it's nice to see some critique that's useful.
But don't get the wrong idea, you're still an asshole.
