No problem about the question. It's very rare that I blur out zones with photoshop (besides reducing noise). I often use the most open aperture of my lens (unless in this case, I mostly take animal shots with a 200-400mm f/4 and also am on full open aperture because the quality is more than decent). This results in a shallow depth of field in most of my animal photos. I hope I could help you! :)
