There's often a blurred line between art and porn, too, you know, that's why there's troubles on DA.
FA was actually originally made so more of the "pornographic" art could still have a place to be appreciated.

it's a bit of the same argument as graffiti. Some of it, when well done, can beautify a wall or overpass, make it look much nicer than when it was grey or dull. Other, badly done graffiti can make it look bad.
but they outlaw it all even though it's often in places where it isn't harming anyone or being offensive in the last.
