FINALLY finished! Was going to add in a transport plane dropping other paratroopers, but decided against it since the picture was already pretty complicated (and because I was a tad bit lazy :P )

It can be, though I've found that taking the color of the object to be shaded and lowering the 'v' setting on the color picker menu (im guessing its some sort of brightness setting) by 10 or so makes a nice shade to go over a certain surface, and the shapes are relatively easy to shade.
Still getting the hang of it, but i think it's getting there slowly ;)
