So in Photoshop you go to..
File -> Save for Web -> then, make sure the little Transparency box is checked... then save as PNG-24!
I think that should work!
I couldn't get the transparency to work right for telegram when trying to use SAI >.> So I had to use Photoshop instead. I hope this helps!
