Vincent got the water power to follow his desire of fun and travel in the sea.
His body control the water and change himself for the element.
Drain on water can help his body to regenerate quicky to make harder as a slime to die.
He slide and fight fluidly to make hard to know where he is, he is playful same when he fight.
Making him mad can making rain, huge pressure atmospheric.
For a stronger and faster torrent.
Very hard to get this mode, generaly the foes feel instability in their own body by water control, could be blood pressure.

He don't really have story, because the most story is for family origins Haveon.
For him, is more story at least for how evolve and could do in travel, but that will be in another story.
