First of all, I apologize for spamming my Stella so much lately.
Apparently July is the "IT'S MY BDAY!" month. Really, there are so many :'D
Today happens to be one of my dearest frans bday, she is the owner of the brown guy.
Long story short, a week ago she managed to cheer me up tons, writing me a thing about the two stars nerds (she also made me cry a bit honestly, because so.damn.good.omg.). That inspired me to huh, go for the most idiotic details of the whole narration.
I didn't use any reference for this one, so materials are rendered quite randomly BUT friend asked to leave it as it looks so I'll stop complaining and consider this a definitive version :'3 meep!
(Part 2 is slightly nsfw, but I'm not super comfortable sharing it yet :'D that has to wait for another moment)
Summa summarum: the grey thing attempts to make inventions, the brown one has a very basic sense of humor.

I just adore how you can take a relatively simplistic scene, make it so pleasant and colorful (warm colorrrrrs as always <3 ), and then pack it full of details to maje this huge spectacle out of it. :)
Serioisly tho, from all the little things on Serge's machinery, to the WAY THE LIGHTING FROM THAT BULB IS DONE OH MY to the... *ahem* stickers... ;) there's just so very, very much to look at, and it's all wrapped up in your awesome style. <3
