The scenario is that Lupus was busy bird-watching, but was blasted by Rison, who is in the middle of a regressive rampage, and the poor little puppy would've started crying, if it hadn't been for one of the birds flying up to him, perching upon his head and singing its sweet melody, keeping the little baby distracted and happy.
