My eye is being a little extra nice and I'm taking advantage of checking out some works. I'm very glad I was able to come across this one by you, Plinkers. :)
If I am seeing properly, I do believe this is lovable Wartorlte? If so, what I can make out appears as if he is getting ready to pounce. Perhaps make a big jump into the wading pool to splash some other water Pokémon pals? :)
