◊ Ghost took in deep breaths, slowly in and out, why was he so nerves? He smiled when his mother came in to his room.
“are you ready?” she asked with a smile then fixing his hair “you know you have to look good for the masters? Why didn't you get a hair cut like I asked?” her voice was soft now, you could tell she was not well.
“I took extra work today for you mother” he said softly his lips barely moving, today had becoming for some time now, this would be there last time together, these moments were there last....
It was a sad through......
For years they have been talking about it, it would be a way to save the family or what’s left of the family, after his father pass away only a year ago and mother couldn't work anymore, Sam was the only one that could.
By he had come of age, now when spirit wolfs do come of age they must put them selfs up to the masters.
To most eyes it seen as a salve thing but yet to others it seen how your family can live in the world that they live in, not the question is what happens if your picked or not picked, well it simple really if you are indeed picked you live the rest of your life with said master doing what ever he or she wishes, if not picked wellll, you will have to find some other way to make a living for your family, in the long run if your poor you don't get it easy in any way at all.

Sam mother took out some clean clothing and patted him on his back “hun how about you wear this, you will look more appealing in this, she smiled weakly.

“mother that’s fathers kit but” he added picking it up to view with a sigh, he missed his father so badly.
“some thing for you to remember us by hun” she smiled “I know they will like you” his mother was sure this would be the last time she would see him, it was almost like a good bye in away she didn't seem to sad but you could tell she was hurting inside.
“thanks mum” he said softly wrapping it around his waste “how do I look?” he asked.
“like your father” he would remember those words well almost would..........
