Kimmie and Riley aren't a couple; they just like exploring their diaperfur side together (even if they do get a little mischevious). They are good friends but both of them have their own relationships (Riley with Calistarius and Kimmie with Ashley and a character I'll introduce a little later, Franz).
The furry community is very accepting and open to anyone regardless of their sexual orientation and other differences. And as such, there is a large number of homosexual and bisexuals in the furry community (above 25-30% said their homosexual and over 35-40% said their bisexual in a survey oFor over 20,000 furs at different cons if I remember correctly). I myself am an Asexual Aromantic Aspie who's a DL ^^;.
Simple to say, there is going to be a good amount of LGBTQIA related drawings and drawing friendly to it on furry websites such as this one. I myself am very open and welcome to it as well as have several good online friends who are gay furs :3.
