so i finally, with tons of help thank you everyone, settled on a gemsona....say hellow to RED ZIRCON!! The best way i found for me to have a red gem without it being Garnet :D This freakin' gem has taken me months and months of blood sweat and tears to develop. For the longest time i was stuck on the gem to be, then the colour...but i have her now :D this is me in the gemworld ^-^

So here is some info about her i guess

Name: Zircon (red sub-class)
Nicknames: Z by amethyst
Gem: Zircon
Gem Location: Middle of chest
Gem Weapon: crystal daggers
Location of Residence; Originally from homeworld, now resides on Earth
Mission: Gem assassin. ordered to either kill(shatter) or poof the gems and return to homeworld where they will face their trial for treason.
Sexual Orientation: gem-sexual XD (honestly im straight, but since gems can shapeshift...shes not oppposed to spending the night with another gem)


Personality: origonally very aggressive, but keeps to the shadows. Develops a liking of earth and the complete difference between it and homeworld. Tends to daydream and have a facination with the ocean once her cover is blown. Doesnt know how to deal with non-gem emotions, like her crush on Jamie the mail-man. doesnt take complements well and is actually very shy and nervous after you break her "assassin" mode. Ruthless and agile in battle, able to perform acrobatic stunts and strike quickly.

OTHER:
- Zircon has a weird crush on the human Jamie, since gems back on hjomeworl are never the theatrical or dramatic.
-Laughs at everything and is actually a very giggly person, but her job comes first
-Hesitant towards the gems cause it goes againts her very reason to be alive, but takes to steven well
-Has a weird fasination with the ocean, and can be found staring at it in silence. Any attemps to take her into the water result in her freaking out in fear and flailing like a toddler
-Only found her gem weaopns after she saves the gems and steven from another attack, resulting in her gem glowing in her need to protect
-her hair is super long and is alwasy tied loosely behind her(unless poofed and re-gen occurs)

Red Zircon is owned by me in both design and the actual character.

Edit: I deleted the other submissions to clear out returning clutter for this picture. Thank you everyone for your suggestions and help, and yes i did update the gem itself and her outfir. Im super pleased with the gem and ALOT of my stress about that is gone. I was going for a line-less look that they do in the show, but i dnno how i did XD

Her outfit makes me happy as well, and it feel like she looks more rouge like with the adds. Her em-weapon is still in the works as is her backstory, since i have 3 ideas bobing in my head....but theres the framework for her. Overall, super pleased with everything about this >w<
