I'm glad you recognized it. I actually dont get to do it. My right leg has some issues that leave me unable to drop large distances without severely damaging my leg. :/ I always found it interesting. I am trying to walk daily to build muscle so maybe that will cushion my fall more after I start putting weights on my legs.
