Tried capturing a much darker character than I usualy go for here... She's based loosly on Phantom from the MMZero, who described himself as "the shadow that never leaves the side of Justice." I kinda pictured someone who had been through the same struggles as characters like X and Zero, but without the moral high-ground. Like an Executioner. Just because an act is LEGAL, that doesn't make it pretty! She finds little solice in the idea that her missions are Just or Neccisary- and in some ways, is just waiting for her OWN death...
