Recently I decided to go and adopt another raptor for a buddy character to my other raptor Smoke. I was looking for a raptor that would also suit towards a Jurassic World fanfic I want to work on when I have the chance too.

Anyways, this is Virginia of the Omega Search and Rescue Raptor Squad, which are situated on the island of Isla Muerta (I find it amusing this island in the archipelago is a fan choice for JP/JW expanded universe stories) where dinosaurs have been hand selected to serve in the InGEN military and never seen on Isla Nublar's theme park. Virginia serves as Beta to her pack consisting of three other raptors, Texas, Florida, and Washington. They are led by a raptor trainer (whom I don't have a name for him yet since I haven't fully fleshed out the story plot) who's approach to his pack is quite different than the way Owen Grady treated his raptors, by always being close by and encouraging touch and soft words as part of positive reinforcements since their hatching.

I won't go into further details in case I decide to really sit down and write the whole story. Don't want to spoil too much what I'm hoping to plan out ;)
