Observation Notes: The final “volunteer” was escorted to the chamber, and drank the final potion. First, he grew at alarming rate, his muscle mass, as well as height increasing greatly. When he saw the webbed fingers and a thick tail he seemed dissapointed. It would seem becoming a giant river otter was not what he was expecting, but he seemed contented with the muscles. After the previous disasters with the Ocelot and Kraken, he was carefully escorted to a secure chamber for further investigation.

Addendum: Putting all of the humanoids and animals in the potion regimen together was a disaster. They have broken through the containment measures and escaped into the wild. Reports of giant squid attacks are coming in from the coast, and the pig is still trying to hug staff members.

Addendum II: The transformed subjects have fallen into complete revolt and stormed the complex. The laboratory is burning, but many of my staff escaped with the potion cabinet and research notes, for now, we will lie low. One day perhaps soon, we can begin again.

Addendum III: It would seem some of the serum persisted, and some of my staff have mutated into animalistic forms, perhaps my research will continue sooner than previously noted.
