Here he is, the original design for Captian Blupadding . . . until I re-designed him!
But I still like this design, so I'm gonna make a retcon here:
This is now Dio, Blupadding's just discovered son! How can that be? Well, back when Blupadding was a pirate, he would go into the local villages when the ship docked and . . . play some games with the local ladies there. Now that he's become the Mayor of ABCove, I think it's about time he suffered the joys of Fatherhood!
Did, like his father, sort of speaks in old pirate speak, but is more modern with some of his words; he's also more of a techno geek than his dad, preferring to stay inside and study things and go on actual adventures.
