Remember when I said I was going to make some Major changes to Arrow? Well here it is.

I realize that Arrow wasn't really a well developed character so I decided to work on him. So here is a the new and improve Arrow. Okay first things I made him 4ft for some comedic effect XP The over all appearance of Arrow hasn't really changed because his look was too well early to change his look. Arrow actually enjoys getting himself into some situations that ends up getting him embarrassed
