The Jabberwock I Love
I wanted to draw something more emotional and captivating, and before I'd said the Jabberwock was very misunderstood. But Alice understands Jabber, and shows him that he doesn't have to be miserable or angry anymore. Jabber isn't used to being handled with such care, since most encounters he's had involve a sword aimed for his neck.
I never understood why Jabberwock was killed, except for the soul purpose that it looked terrifying, and that stupid son wanted to go out and have a challenge even though he was warned, then took the Jabber's head as a trophy to show off. Hmph. I hate when people kill things just to show off. ]:<

It's pictures like this that make me sad that I hadn't been watching you sooner.
I love how emotional this piece is. The way they're gazing into each other's eyes is beautiful. And I agree completely about the idea of people killing things just to prove something. I've always felt sorry for the misunderstood 'monsters' of the world, especially in stories and movies.

Awww. Well, Alice isn't the only one who understands Jabberwocks.
I have one as a pet! :) His name is Murray and I love him very much!

I want to say that this is a beautiful work of art and I completely agree with you on how people simply kills things because they think it's too creepy or they just don't understand it. Are you or have you drawn any more pictures of Alice and the Jabberwock together?
Wonderful job.
Wonderful job.
Having seen this, it makes all the more sense why you wrote Wrong Way Backwards, too, even though that Jabberwock was quite the embodiment of evil. In pleasant contrast, this one is rather nice-looking, especially with Alice (who looks like a human version of another character you're famous for certain media) to comfort him. Great job with the artwork, all in all.
