His breath is really cold so it always forms that kind of fog when he's breathing, the deeper the breaths = more fog/density
Beak frequently becomes encased in ice
Perspiration freezes in his feathers and leaves 'snowy residue' which falls off his body when he moves. This makes it seem that he produces snow

I have yet to draw an anthro bird and it was tough to decide if I should give him arms and wings, or just wing-arms. Finally decided on this. Also I am shit at designing clothes so I just do these 'all natural' but you are free to change anything you want as well as add clothing/accessories ^^
