Precisely why I am watching you my coiling freind, This rat loves Serpents and them coils, hard to tell what I love more, being enwrapepd by coils, or trapped within them. I am a Rodent, a Rat hehe, only natural I find Serpent kind attractive, almost trance like alluring. -sways- XD
It is not easy to show a humanoid fully piled on by a big snake with any body parts visible in reasonable places.
Realistically, there would be nothing but his face and maybe one hand visible - but that is hardly acceptable. I can put fewer and/or thinner coils on him, but this against what he wanted. I can bend the body around so they stick out, but then feet and hands will appear in even odder places. I can lay him straight in the coils, as I have, but then he will look too long.
The client was happy about this. If he had a problem with his body length, I would adjust it - but he saw that he looked reasonably sized, so did I, and here we are. This does not make sense in 3 dimensions, I know that very well; I doubt it can be made to work in 3 dimensions, not with any pose variation - and I can hardly draw one pose forever.
