Did they drain the fountain for the winter? That's when all the good skateboarding starts.

Yeah the fountain is drained, but all the good ledges are around the fountain and by the street so its skatable all year round! There's usually people skating up there unless it snows.

This one time i was going to this event at the art museum and i was walking from like broadstreet to it, and it started to rain. so i thought nothing of it, then it started to rain super hard and i got to love park and i fucking slipped and feel ALL over that park. I feel in the water and killed my cell phone. The concret there is SLIPPERY WHEN WET XD. So i had to sit under that sign for about 20 mins for the rain to let up just enough for me to get back to the normal city blocks.
