Sgt. Ponz was called in to take care of a rowdy patron, and found a large polar bear who had just a little too much to drink. When he approached him, the bear couldn't stop smiling and slurring his speech, but the cop could tell he wasn't trying to be respectful.
At that point, Sgt. Ponz determined that the bear needed to be educated on having too much to drink, deciding if he's going to be smiling and cracking wise, that he'd really give him something to laugh about.
