The world is a dangerous place. A place where the slightest of hazards can cost someone their life. One such hazard is known as the spike, a sharpened point that can be deadly if left unchecked. The task of locating, identifying, and regulation of said spikes is left on the shoulders of one man. A man of honor, a man of courage, a man with a top hat, monocle, and a watch whose hands are always pointing to duty. He goes by the name Spike N. Spector and when it comes to spikes, his word is law. It is his duty, nay, his responsibility to ensure that every teenager is thoroughly inspected for any and all of these dangerous spikes.
