Idris Elba is a British actor. He's done a myriad of TV and movie roles in the last few years and become very popular. He rocks on toast. My pic is a combination of two of his more notable characters: Chief Bogo of Zootopia, and the titular character of Luther, a marvelous British TV show about a hardass police detective.
