Commission for 
stardustfur that is part of my Vulcan Automata series! And my first proper TF sequence.
Stardust has been with the company and with a good range of jobs within it. Now he acts as one of the more public recruiters for Vulcan Automata answering questions and able to find new employees to meet labor requirements. Also it is nice to talk to people outside the company.

Considered very welcoming and empathic by native standards.
Very social and in tune with native social dynamic.

Light frame, public facing with faux clothing to help make locals feel comfortable. Finding and evaluating promising employees is very social skill but the specialization built in to observe vital signs to inform their reactions to terms provided.

depends on the cultures involved. If the culture considers felons a "non-person" or without agency they may consider selling those people to VA. The government that sold the person would get a part of the employee's income. At the end though the person is free of whatever institute placed them there and have personal agency again.
It would be on the table to send the discretionary portion to their family, but 1, only makes sense if the VA are properly a part of the local economy (and using their currency or whatever) and there will be no allowance for permanently as the scale of time in question could easily lead to that employee outliving their still very flesh and blood family.
