Hehe I certainly remember the cartoon, but I kinda remember not liking it much since it didn't look like in the style of the movie.

I remember on the VHS copy of the live action 101 Dalmatians movie where they showed a teaser for the series (at around 5:23), and it showed a few seconds of behind the scenes footage, and, I wonder if that was the original design for Cadpig! (at 5:30) XD

yeah and I think they knew if they had Two-Tone smoking it would send a bad image to the kids watching, then again that's the same reason why Roger doesn't smoke his pipe in the series or Cruella when she gave up smoking in the series when she burnt her own mansion down by smoking in bed (and led to Cruella getting hooked on gum)
