One of our new cockatiels, who was only about 9 months old, got ill suddenly and passed away this morning in my mum's arms.
This is a huge blow for me and mum, i'm not currently at home, i'm in London with my boyfriend. So i'm pretty torn up over this, since we didn't have him that long and we treated Matey and Buster with such care and attention.
Buster is going to be taken to the vet, see if he has the same thing...and if there is anything we can do to make sure he's okay.
Mum is also calling the breeder of these Cockatiels to see what on earth went wrong.
