I approve. :) looks like a quick acrylic painting, and very alive. dynamic pose, the right amount of details, interesting expression, everything makes it look right.
I thought it were a purplish hyena, too, at first. so, it's a wolf painting his fur in purple ornaments? very nice and interesting. will we see more of this character in the future?

oh, wait, hyenas are not canines. they are some branch of feline, somehow related to mungos and polecats... there must be 'hyena' available in the submissions details. I just thought you might want to know...
