Voltaire the electric moray eel

About her.
She is a fun loving eel. but her definition of fun is coiling around someone and rubbing all over them while they struggle, or swallowing them and feeling them wriggle from inside. since that is the only way for her to build up a charge is by someone rubbing against, or inside her. she did lose her right eye when she was young and has had it replaced with a glass eye. but she is able to channel electricity through it to hypnotise anyone who looks into it. her length and size are unknown due to the fact that being an eel allows her to shift her mucsles around. either thinning herself out and becoming long, or shorting herself to become thicker or anywhere in between. especially shifting them around whoever she has wrapped around. as her body is quite toned. it still has that layer of softness. She does understand not everyone can breath underwater. which is why she gets her victims *cough cough* i mean playmates by rivers, beaches, lakes and usually takes them to some underwater cave she prepared so they have air, and so no one can interupt her.
She can travel on land, but only during rainstorms or if it is extremly humid outside. not because she doesnt have lungs, she has both those and gills. its just that she drys out rather easily. though usually she just keeps her tail in the water and slinks around looking for people. as long as she is touching water in someway the rest of her body is fine.
she usually does try to keep her glass eye behind her fin. as she gets really shy is people are staring at it when she isnt trying to hypnotise them.
she can power electric devices off her body, charge cellphones, power a computer. start a car, but only if she has someone wiggling in her coils.
her tongue is very length and can be used as a sort of hand to pick up small things. though she trys not to pick up anything important with it. as it can be pretty slimey afterwards.
